A mandala is essentially a circle and in Hindu and Buddhist traditions it represents the universe. I have been drawing mandalas for many years as a meditative practice to help with feelings of stress and anxiety.
Coloring is known to help calm the mind and is a joyful creative practice. There are no rules and you can’t do it wrong. Feel free to color outside the lines!
